We are the manufacturer of these model airplane kits and flying toy products, not a storefront. We provide this service of selling directly to the public as a convenience to customers that do not have a hobby shop that carries our products near them.
We do not accept returns of products purchased through this website. Please carefully look over your shopping cart before you submit the order to ensure the products are correct. Once the order is placed and items are shipped out ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you receive a shipment and there is a problem with a product (bad wood, missing parts, not functioning correctly) please notify us immediately and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
