Shipping Policy

We value your interest in our products and you can trust that your order will be processed as quickly as possible. We normally process in stock orders within 1-4 days of receiving them but if your order is time sensitive do not take this as a guarantee as to a certain delivery date. Contact us for any rush service questions.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States, Canada, and US Possessions. Our shipping charges are determined by the total products weight amount and the method you have chosen to have your order shipped.

UPS

UPS can NOT ship to a PO Box, if you choose this method please be sure to provide us with your actual street address.

If you chose an expedited UPS method (2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select or Next Day Air) and are placing an order to arrive for a certain day/date ... PLEASE contact us after placing the order to assure we can process and ship the goods to you on time.

USPS

Postal shipping usually cost less but once the order leaves Guillow's we can not provide you with delivery time or tracking info other than what USPS.com provides.

If you chose to ship via USPS, Paul K. Guillow will not be responsible for lost/damaged packages.
